The Main Cause of Erectile Dysfunction

There can be endless reasons for men to get angry. Irrespective of its cause, anger in itself isn’t good for health. It can lead to increase in levels of hormones such as cortisol and cause disruptions in breathing pattern as well. Anger can increase your pulse rate as well as blood pressure. Anger can lead to depression, which is one of the possible causes of erectile dysfunction in men. Therefore, you shouldn’t learn to control and manage your anger or you may face many problems including sexual problems.

Emotions that occur after a tragedy

People become emotional when something tragic happens in their life or when they lose someone dearest in life. Most men react to the death of their loved one with different emotions. They are classified as:

-Dashers: These men don’t cry and try to get on with their life. They often speed up the period of mourning

-Delayers: These men may not show up their emotions at the time of tragedy but carry strong feeling that last for years

-Displayers: These men can display powerful emotions after the death of their loved one. It becomes an uncontrolled emotion for them

-Doers: These men are deeply moved and display strong emotions after the death of their loved ones. The majority of men are doers

All these uncontrolled emotions contribute to loss of energy and may cause erections problems in men. Erectile dysfunction in men can also occur due to various other emotions such as anxiety, fear and negative attitude to sex.
